High Quality Implants from £2/day
What are Dental Implants?
A dental implant is a screw made from Titanium which is precisely positioned and placed in the bone. This screw acts as a substitute for the root of a natural tooth. Following implant placement, it is typically left to heal between 3 to 6 months before restoring with the crown, ensuring the implant has fully integrated with the surrounding bone securing a strong foundation.
Dental implants can be used to restore single missing teeth and retaining dental bridges and dentures.
Advantages of Dental Implants:
- Reliable and durable, they offer a longer term solution
- Look and feel like your own teeth
- Slow down bone loss and preserve nearby healthy teeth tissue
- Confidence, as they allow you to speak and eat with comfort and assurance
How long does the procedure takes?
Implants are applied in comfortable surroundings under local anaesthetic, meaning an almost pain-free procedure, with occasional swelling and/or tenderness for a few days post- surgery.
The entire process and the building of the new teeth can be accomplished in as little as three months, though the upper teeth or replacing a complete denture with permanent teeth normally requires five to six months.
Are Dental Implants Painful?
Unlike other parts of dentistry, implant dentistry involves working with healthy tissues only, this means tissues are able to adapt and heal very quickly, resulting in a painless experience.
Can I Afford Implants?
At Chatfield Dental Centre we offer Implants from * £2 per day for a single implant and * £10 per day for a full set of teeth, how can you afford not to.
